The Optimist in seiner imaginierten/vorgeschlagenen motivierenden Rede an die Fed- und anderen Bänkers an ihrem Treffen am 15. September:

"The Optimist knows how to work this crowd, and he will rev them up with abundant praise for their magnificent performance in holding down the prices of silver and gold.
...
We will all work together, as usual, to engineer sharp but brief drops in the prices of silver and gold, but you should expect the lows of each intervention to be higher than previous lows, and set your buy points at the levels near each bottom where uninformed people will be selling."
