-->Scandal-ridden stock Randgold & Exploration (R&E) has been delisted by the Nasdaq, one of the US’s key securities exchanges, effective Wednesday morning. In a brief official notice under “security deletions,” Nasdaq says R&E was delisted for “regulatory/non compliance” reasons. The stock is now branded “delinquent.”... Upon R&E’s delisting from the Nasdaq, the stock has been downgraded to “pink sheet” status, and can still trade on the over-the-counter (OTC) market.
