-->The bankruptcy trustee has agreed to the sale of Refco LLC to Man
Financial and US regulators and exchanges have
agreed. The price is unclear, evidently $282 million in cash but
assumption of liabilities “and other considerations” worth $41
million. This is not a big sum and doesn’t answer the question
of Refco Capital, the Bermuda entity. The bankruptcy judge
approved the transfer to Man"free and clear" of all claims and
liens, presumably meaning Refco Capital claimants are out in
the cold.

Das heisst Rogers Raw Mat. Fund hat 70 Mio$ verloren!?
