-->[Silver] is thrusting upward from what appears to be a triangle pattern that ended at $8.85 on January 20. The proportions of the triangle are less than ideal, with waves “c”, “d” and “e” significantly shorter than waves “a”
and “b.” Still, the strong upward thrust today makes this interpretation the most probable pattern to account for recent price action. The next resistance is $9.59, where wave 5 would be.618 times the length of wave 1. If wave 5 were to equal wave 1, prices would rally to $10.05. As of now, coming under the wave 4 low ($8.85) would indicate that wave 5 was over and a multi-month downturn had started.
