I DO NOT TRY TO BUY AT THE BOTTOM. I TRY TO GET A BIG HUNK OF THE MIDDLE OF A MOVE. IN MY OPINION WE HAVE THAT. LET"S TAKE IT AND SAY THANK YOU. WHEN I SAY WE, I MEAN YOU MY SUBSCRIBERS. I DO NOT TRADE FOR MY ACCOUNTS OR MY FAMILY ACCOUNTS. THERE IS TOO MUCH OF A CONFLICT TRYING TO DO BOTH. I REPRESENT YOU AND THAT"S IT. I WILL NOT COMPETE WITH SUBSCRIBERS WHEN BUYING OR SELLING.

A TRADING ACCOUNT IS FOR TRADING PURPOSES AND NOT FOR INVESTING. SELL THE ENTIRE HUI TRADING ACCOUNT ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19. DO NOT SELL THE INVESTMENT ACCOUNT. THE CHART OF THE HUI APPEARS TO HAVE COMPLETED A 5 WAVE MOVE. THIS ENTIRE 5 WAVE MOVE IS, IN MY OPINION, ONLY WAVE (a) OF THE THIRD MAJOR WAVE UP IN THE HUI. THE HUI HAS A VERY LONG WAY TO GO IN PRICE AND TIME BEFORE IT REACHES A FINAL TOP. THE CHARTS POSTED BELOW EXPLAIN MY REASON FOR ISSUING A SELL FOR THE HUI TRADING ACCOUNT. I WILL BE CALCULATING THE SELL PRICES FOR THE HUI TRADING ACCOUNT BASED ON THE OPENING PRICES. YOU MAY WANT TO WAIT AND SEE HOW THE OPENING GOES. HOWEVER, I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU TAKE PROFITS BEFORE THE MARKET CLOSES TOMMORROW.




Wave (1) was the smallest at 84.62 points. Wave (3) was the largest at 135.18 points. Wave (5) at 93.16 points was larger than wave (1) although it does not appear to be so. The HUI has consistently demonstrated classic Elliott Wave patterns since the bull market began in November, 2000. Wave (5) may not be complete, but it is time to take trading profits for a number of reasons. The most important reason is the profits are there. If you are going to trade you must learn to take profits when, right or wrong, it looks appropriate to do so.As a trader don't look for the exact top or exact bottom.


HUI WEEKLY WITH WAVE COUNT AND TOTAL POINTS FOR EACH WAVE




A minimum correction of 38.2 % would take the HUI down to the 290 area. A decline of 80 to 100 points would be average. This would be a correction of this minor 5 wave move up. I consider the entire 5 wave move labeled (1) thru (5) to be only wave (a) of a much larger 5 waves. If you look at the monthly chart you will see small wave (a) that began at the start of the bull market. This small wave (a) is a sibling to the wave (a) that I believe is either complete or in the process of completing. The HUI has a very long way to go before this bull market reaches a top. Trading profits will help you to hang on to your investment account until it is appropriate to take profits in that account.


HUI WEEKLY WITH FIBONACCI CORRECTION SHOWN




The HUI is in the range of Delta long term # 13 high. I suspect that long term # 14 low will arrive early.


HUI MONTHLY




Gold bullion may keep going up for several days after the HUI wave (5) tops.


GOLD DAILY




The monthly chart shows us that gold is due to top on April 19 at Medium # 1. Of course it can keep going up for a period of time beyond the standard deviation period. However, this rally is running out of time. A correction will most likely start soon.
