-->Reserven, die zu den Wahlen aufgelöst wurden, nach Plan im 1. Q. 07 wieder auffüllen (macht ja auch Sinn, wenn man einen Iran-Feldzug plant).

China will allow non-state-owned companies to increase oil-product imports by as much as 15 percent next year as energy demand rises.

Privately owned companies will be able to purchase as much as 9.26 million metric tons of oil products in 2007, the Ministry of Commerce said in a statement on its Website yesterday.

This year's quota was 8.05 million tons.
