TT-FX we believe there is very low possibility for BoJ to increase their JGB outright purchase operation, quantitive easing is impossible to maintain 0.25 O/N call. There seems much political pressure but BoJ do not wanna give in.

TT-FX Hayami's asks BoJ to find new ways off adding liquidity suggesting the BoJ will pump money into the market in coming months.This ties in nicely with the LDP's Aizawa asking the BoJ to buy JGBs yesterday. JPY will come under further pressure as talk of quantitative easing internsifies.
we believe BoJ is going to increased liquidity supply in paticular for beyond the FY end nd also likely to make individual loans to ailing banks.
