Ausser dass die Gesamtsumme nun einfach 9Tril.$ ist, hat das noch zusätzliche Bedeutungen?

Etwa:
- die Schuldensumme der Schuldner bleibt ja unangetastet
- die Stärke der Gläubiger ist höher; auch deren Abhängigkeit
-...
