Paper: Lucent Struggles to Raise Money

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Beleaguered telecommunications equipment maker Lucent Technologies Inc. (NYSE:LU - news) is having trouble raising $6.5 billion to renew a credit facility that comes due next week, the Wall Street Journal reported in its online edition on Friday.
