Euro at 0.9215: Moved in line with expectations. We were a bit surprised to see a
sharp sell-off from 0.9207 again, which never broke below the important 0.9110
support.
Therefore, we stick to the already announced view that the next multi day rally has
begun towards 0.9265 and 0.9340. We continue to leave 0.9110 and 0.9075 as critical
supports to retain this bullish outlook in the Euro. The short-term wave picture is
bullish for 0.9440 first and 0.9750 later. The short-term support is at 0.9025.
Intra-day charts exhibit negative divergences and warn of a direct set back from
current levels. The wave structure shows that the Euro may have wound up five-waves
from 0.9080 and may be even from 0.9025. If correct, the Euro would falter now and
ease towards 0.9150 or 0.9110 (maximum 0.9070, which looks unlikely at the
moment. Stop is at 0.9255.
We need a break above 0.9240 to directly restore an explosive (extended minor wave-
3 within a large c-wave) rally.
