Holding at Lower Boundaries
NASDAQ has filled the gap, OEX down to the base of its channel. Still mixed.

3:15 PM EST - The NASDAQ continued down since our last post, and is now appearing to form a bottom at 2,160 as we hoped it would. So is the OEX at 647. The Dow has held up all day, but has not broken out. My expectation is for the markets to rally to the close to gain back some of the losses from the day. Don't anticipate - wait for breaks as follows:
Dow - up through 10,800

NAS - up through 2,170

OEX - up through 649

We will post again in 30 minutes.
