Yahoo-Meldung vom 9.3.01: TVX-Gold halbiert Führungsmannschaft. Außerdem steht dort was von"Gold linked convertible notes":
"To-date no solution has been found which would resolve the potential significant dilution issue involving the Company's Gold Linked Convertible Notes..."

Sind das Aktienoptionen, die an den Goldpreis gekoppelt sind? Was haben sie für eine Wirkung auf den Kurs von TVX-Aktien?
