Prior to market open on Wednesday, March 21, 2001, Nasdaq will adjust the price and DRM for VoiceStream Wireless Corporation (VSTR) to reflect the payment of a.75% common stock dividend by VSTR to holders of record as of March 23. The ABPMV (Divisor) will not be affected as a result of this stock dividend, because the transaction will be treated as if it were a stock split with a ratio of 1.0075 to 1. Traders who find it necessary to adjust their positions in connection with this transaction should do so at market close on Tuesday, March 20, 2001. '
