please don't be naive. There has been a column in the WSJ titled"Heard on the street". The editors bought shares in advance and unloaded after publication. They were fired, the column vanished...
Recent example, where shit hit the fan: The London"Mirror". The editors bought stocks for their own (!) funds, than they offered"secret tips" to their readers - and unloaded. The editor-in-chief pulled the plug - everybody fired. The"Sun" disclosed the whole story.
We don't care about what"Europe on Sunday" is doing. But I'll promise: As soon as they touch American titles (even ADR's) we'll visit them. And the aftermath will be very, very nasty.
German laws are inadequate concerning so-called"front-running". So take your chance and contact the"Europe" editors immediately.
