And what does the market do? It attaches a disproportionate importance
to the NAPM non-manufacturing series (3y old, not yet tested…). During
the last 3 months, the US economy has managed to lose almost 1 million
jobs. And what does the market do as these figures are released? It looks
at a marginal improvement in consumer confidence.
Actually, we are only sad."
