the customers are sad, and how, due to the incompetence of the bankers
to attest all these facts to-day only. the year-end statements will show even more
sadness to the clients. analysts and economists are probing a new language to
communicate with the esteemed client.

the question is, what will these bankers write to their customers mid 2002?
