NEW YORK (CNNmoney) - I'm 31, I have a young child and I've just inherited $250,000. Some people have suggested I should use the money to buy a house for cash. But I'm not sure that's the right move. What would you do?

At your age, the bulk of that money -- 70 percent or more in my opinion -- should probably be invested in stocks or stock mutual funds... And please, after your child has graduated from Harvard and your inheritance has grown to eight figures many years from now, don't forget to mention in your will that kindly financial writer who provided you with sage advice when you really needed it.

von mir absichtsvoll und böswillig gekürzter Text. Grund:"many years from now" wird lange nach dem Ausbildungsabschluß des Kindes sein und sehr viel länger dauern, als der"Experte" es zugeben will.
