CONCLUSION -- What can I say? This is third phase action. And in typical third phase action, the market doesn't give you a good buy spot to slip into. No, you just have to close your eyes and buy 'em. Or skip it, and hope -- or wait to see what happens. Maybe we'll get a"nice" buy spot, and then again, maybe we won't.
What's so interesting is that the public isn't in this market yet. Go to a party, go to a restaurant, go to a mall -- nobody's talking about the stock market. Most people don't even know the Dow is at record highs. The public is still concerned with their houses.
So will the public come into this market? Yeah, I think they will. It will start slow and reach a crescendo. The public can never resist the idea of"easy pickins." Right now, the public is wondering how they're going to pay for the newly reset mortgages. But this too will pass. And somewhere ahead, Jack and Jill will come into this market. What's a third phase of a bull market without the public. Hey, this is a democracy, and everybody's got a chance to make a fortune while doing nothing to earn it.
