Silver & Gold: the Silver COTR showed that the speculative accounts were short:
18.5 million ounces as of last Tuesday. This is the first DECISIVE short position for at least three years (Gold COTR shows that the specs were short 4.5m oz..more than expected and largest short position since sept 1999).... Interpretation: Silver, like gold speculative accounts are short and stops will now lie some way above the market

EUR/USD-still talk of sizable stops under 0.8450 but also rumour ECB bid just before that level...also talk some mid sized options mature today in NY with strikes 0.8590 and 0.8625
