S Africa`s Durban Deep To List On Nasdaq Small Cap Mkt
JOHANNESBURG (Dow Jones)--South African junior gold producer Durban Roodepoort Deep Ltd. (DROOY) said Monday it has received approval from the Nasdaq
Stock Market to list on its SmallCap Market, effective Feb. 26.
The decision comes after the Nasdaq Stock Exchange gave DRD notice back in December that it planned to delist the company`s securities from the Nasdaq National
Market from Feb. 20.

This was due to the company`s American Depository Shares consistently trading below the required minimum bid price of $1.00, the company said in a statement.

However, the company delisted its securities from the Nasdaq National Market voluntarily, and applied for a listing on the SmallCap Market for which it received
